I feel pretty

I DON´T LOATHE ERIK! How can you loathe man who sings lyrics of the musical and likes red roses? However... Although I feel it distasteful that Leroux equals young, blond physical perfectness of book-Raoul and book-Christine as goodness by contrasting it with old, dark, deformed eeevil by Erik, Phantom is not misunderstood loner with heart of gold. He is dangerous criminal and his many victims have done nothing to him. And however tragic, ALW Erik, Kerik, Gerik, Jerik (Argento´s and co-writer Gerard Brach´s sleazy version who is not even deformed!) and lot of fanfic Eriks are very vain, shallow and just nasty toward other people´s appearances. Then there´s Charles Dance version with goodie Phantom and villainous Carlotta being nasty to ingenues with better bodies . WTH?
