Back when vampire movies made sense. None of this mamby-pamby, sparkly, gay pretty boy vampires. No, this was back when vampires were evil yet sexy monsters, monster hunters were badass middle-aged guy, and the damsels in distress at least had some sense of self-preservation (though prettiness still tended to outweigh intelligence in the roles).
